Welcome to Fabulashes, a student-owned lash business based in Lubbock, Texas. My goal is to make every client feel confident, beautiful, and cared for while providing high-quality lash extensions in a comfortable and professional setting. !POLICIES! Please read carefully to ensure the best experience: 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 👁️ Foreign Fills I do not accept foreign fills. If you currently have lashes from another artist, you’ll need to book a removal + full set so I can ensure the health of your natural lashes and the best retention possible. ⏱️ Appointment Duration Appointments typically take 2 to 3.5 hours. Avoid scheduling around other commitments just in case it takes longer. ⏰ Punctuality Arrive 5-10 minutes early. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If there's no communication after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. 🧼 Lash Prep Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Makeup may interfere with application. 📉 Lash Retention Requirement If less than 40% of lashes remain at your fill appointment, a full set fee will apply. 🔧 Complimentary Fixes You have 48 hours to reach out if you experience any issues — I’ll fix it for free! 🚫 Non-Refundable Services All services are non-refundable. 📵 Cell Phone Use No phone use during your appointment to ensure smooth application. Emergencies are okay, but I can’t help with messages. ☕ Caffeine Intake Avoid caffeine beforehand — it can make your eyes twitch and slow things down. 📸 Inspiration Photos They’re welcome! Just remember results may vary based on lash health, amount, and eye shape. 👯 Guest Policy You may bring one guest — they can wait in the treatment room or waiting area. 😢 Allergic Reactions Let me know immediately if you experience any discomfort. I’ll schedule a free removal if needed. 👓 Contact Lenses Please bring glasses — contacts must be removed before application.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
At Fabulashes, your time and mine are valuable. Please respect the following policy when booking an appointment:
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
• This policy helps ensure that appointment times are respected and available for other clients.
• Emergencies and direct communication with me about your situation are always understood and handled with care — I truly appreciate honesty and communication.
