**CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING**
CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE.
**APPOINTMENT DURATION**
LASH APPOINTMENTS TYPICALLY TAKE 2 TO 3.5 HOURS. PLEASE AVOID BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT BETWEEN OTHER COMMITMENTS, AS THE PROCESS MAY OCCASIONALLY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.
**PUNCTUALITY**
PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. A 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD IS ALLOWED FOR LATE ARRIVALS; HOWEVER, IF THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION AFTER THIS PERIOD, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.
**LASH PREP**
ARRIVE WITH CLEAN LASHES AND NO EYE MAKEUP. IF MAKEUP IS WORN, PLEASE BE AWARE IT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE LASH APPLICATION PROCESS.
**LASH RETENTION REQUIREMENT**
IF LESS THAN 40% OF YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS REMAIN AT THE TIME OF YOUR FILL APPOINTMENT, A FULL SET FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
**COMPLIMENTARY FIXES**
IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS, YOU HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO NOTIFY ME AND SCHEDULE A FIX, FREE OF CHARGE.
**NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES**
ALL SERVICES PROVIDED ARE NON- REFUNDABLE.
**CELL PHONE USE**
TO ENSURE A SMOOTH APPLICATION PROCESS, CELL PHONE USE IS NOT PERMITTED DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, YOU MAY USE YOUR PHONE, BUT I WILL NOT ASSIST IN READING OR RESPONDING TO MESSAGES.
**CAFFEINE INTAKE**
PLEASE AVOID CONSUMING CAFFEINE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO ENSURE A CALM AND STEADY PROCEDURE. CAFFEINE CAN CAUSES THE EYES TO TWITCH OR FLUTTER.
**INSPIRATION PHOTOS**
IF YOU BRING AN INSPIRATION PHOTO, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT RESULTS MAY VARY DUE TO INDIVIDUAL FACTORS SUCH AS LASH HEALTH, HOW MANY LASHES, AND EYE SHAPE.
**GUEST POLICY**
CLIENTS MAY BRING ONE GUEST WHO CAN EITHER WAIT IN THE DESIGNATED AREA OR IN THE TREATMENT ROOM.
**ALLERGIC REACTIONS**
IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY DISCOMFORT OR REACTION TO THE EXTENSIONS, PLEASE NOTIFY ME IMMEDIATELY TO SCHEDULE A FREE REMOVAL.
**CONTACT LENSES**
IF YOU WEAR CONTACT LENSES, BRING YOUR GLASSES TO THE APPOINTMENT. CONTACT LENSES CANNOT BE WORN DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS.
